Our guards are very limited due to size, shooting ability, scoring ability and leadership.

Shot clock violations
Turnovers
Inability to push the ball
Inability to get the team into the offense
Inability to shoot
Inability to shoot free throws
Inability to help on defense
Inability to keep the opponents guards out of the lane
Inability to take anyone off the dribble when they need to create

I'm not a BU fan, but it is incredibly difficult to do anything, on either end, with subpar guard play. Really, really hurts in the college game.

And that is supposed to be our strength.

I'm serious. This team is just unwatchable. No resemblance at all to past Illinois teams that could defend and at least threaten to score.

6 shot clock violations, a free throw shooter being his own rebound and 12 points in the second half with 8 minutes to go.

It is so pathetic that I can’t even get excited when we get within a few possessions and there is still 3:36 left in the game.
