Don’t understand this take. He got Kofi in the air (not vertical) and drew the foul. Kipper absolutely fouled him. Garza got called for a moving screen.

It's beyond me why Garza gets protected by the refs like he does. He's completely out of control much of the time on D, arms flailing and yet - no calls. I really don't get it.
