Having the benefit of a friend that is a handcapper in Vegas....rule of thumb:

Light Rain. No Advantage
Moderate Rain. Advantage Offense
Heavy Rain/Wind. Advantage Defense

Take that for what it's worth. We'll see how it unfolds.
