For AAU junkies, both Adidas Gauntlet and Nike EYBL are live streaming what looks like 1 game per time slot per session (3 tonight, 6 tomorrow, 3 Sunday)

Back to Smith, it would have been interesting to be a fly on the wall to hear how the discussion among BU, the staff, and the Smith's really went on the last visit. Would the dialogue have been different if Mark's father was in the room?

Actually they're right and you're wrong. The ship has sailed, tilmon will not be in champaign next year. The staff and tilmon have both moved on. Probably Kansas bound

Hard to say if Cal was there for Ayo or Cam Reddish of Team Final. Guy is 6-8, CBs are 100% Duke and the Fire had nobody who could stop him. Probably both. or Ayo, Reddish and King:

He is a natural 3 who plays inside but can step outside and shoot the three. According to my reading, he has some ups and has won some dunk contests. BU is looking for people for his system, not looking for a person to build a system for.

I only watched the first video as well, and obviously a limited sample size-but I'm pretty impressed. Definitely seems like a type who would fit BU's system well.

I agree. In terms of his ranking (which is all I really have to go by) he's not quite on the level of "new names" of recruits I was expecting. I really liked all the guys on our team this past year, bur it was obvious the overall talent level was lacking in order to seriously compete in the B1G.

However, BU did say he was going to recruit to his system and team mentality; not always the highest ranked guys. Since he hasn't lost a game yet and the concensus seems to be that he was a very good hire for Illinois, I'll trust him and his staff until they give me reason not to.

If we can get Mark Smith, I think Underwood may be able to turn this thing around fairly quickly.
