Kouma has not signed. Staff wants to get him on campus, and are slow playing him.
2 possible reasons the way I see it why BK has not signed yet.
(1) I think out of respect for January the staff put the Kouma signing on hold.
(2) Bernard Kouma is from Chad. I don’t know if his family is in New York City or not. If not, perhaps it’s a similar scenario as Kofi and we are waiting for his parents to sign the NLI before announcement of Bernard’s signing

Excited to Receive an Offer from University of Illinois
Brad Underwood watched the 4-star wing in Atlanta. Good length on the wing, plays hard & goes to the hoop with aggression.

Thanks Dan! Always appreciate any news!

This is how the sausage gets made. How is it that some schools can get pretty much anyone qualified? On second thought, I don't want to know. Wish him well, and it makes sense given what we know. Hope we're in good shape for filling out the roster (crosses fingers on recent chatter).

Based off of what people have been saying on this board lately, and the timing in general, I am liking what seems to be brewing for this week.
Just to be sure I've not missed something...

I get that we have reason to be hopeful about TJ Holyfield. Are there any strong rumors about anyone else committing to us this week?
