Unbelievable. I was just laughing at all the Michigan fans and now it looks like we are going to get screwed too. These guys were dead on regarding Josh Christopher and Isaiah Todd.
This has been shaky with him since November, when he was discussing this being a "business decision". I don't trust the situation until he signs and is enrolled.

There is literally zero reason that this couldn't have been completed today.

It is what it is and it will be whatever it ends up being.

Curbello better than expected, great speed, handles, passer, mid range game. Much higher bball IQ than anybody on the court. See him as a starter on Day 1. Hard to keep good pure pgs off the court.
I watched it. Curbelo is a very good high school player in a typically frantic high school game. With good coaching at Illinois he can develop. No worry about one and done but with a good team around hopefully he can become good on defense.

Jace Howard has moved to walk on status.
He played for Mac Irvin Fire, but I have never seen him play. Interesting that they are trying to add more scholarships when they lost Todd and then Josh committed to ASU

Just this morning, UM has switched Jace Howard back to a scholarship player.

He plays the passing lanes well and has quick hands, so I believe he’ll get a lot of steals. Obviously, at his size , getting stuck in switches could be a problem. He’s very instinctive, so I’m sure he’ll be fine.

Illinois just offered 2022 @WolvesILL wing Jaden Schutt. We encapsulated him earlier in our running series of breakout potentials @IllinoisRivals

Introducing three-star sophomore Jaden Schutt

A 6-foot-5 shooting guard that brings an extra bravado to the floor, Schutt immediately sticks out thanks to his athleticism. He looks to be one of the better athletes within his region which is reflected by his 38-inch vertical leap. However, it is his shot-making that sets him apart. In a game earlier this winter, he finished with 51 points thanks to 17 made 3-pointers and, in doing so, set the state record.

Attending Yorkville Christian High School, which is an hour drive southwest of Chicago, Schutt, completed his sophomore season by averaging over 22 points and nine rebounds per game.
