Antigua brought a highly touted recruiting resume to Illinois from his days at Kentucky.
Getting top targets like Cockburn, and now Curbelo, he’s starting to live up to that reputation with the Illini. And there’s plenty of 2021 targets he’s leading on as well.
Nebraska will be no joke in another year or 2.Not sure if this is the correct thread but Kobe king just committed to Nebraska. That’ll spice up their rivalry with wiscy
Meh, Nebraska will find a way to self immolate. It's just the way things go with the program here.Nebraska will be no joke in another year or 2.
Hoiberg has a pretty solid track record. Not saying they will be winning championships, but I think they will consistently be top half or better. Time will tell.Meh, Nebraska will find a way to self immolate. It's just the way things go with the program here.

M... moms love Antigua?
Did you guys see Kobe King to Nebraska? That decision looks personal!! It will be interesting to see how often that happens in both sports in the future. A new trend could be instead of the one and done. There could be a Super team made of all transfers one day
Already stating he will be trying to play immediately also...
Another take https://badgerherald.com/sports/202...ttack-kobe-king-for-his-decision-to-leave-uw/If Kobe thought it was tough getting to the NBA from Madison, ... Good luck to him.
I feel like the writer could be talking directly to some of our fanbase here as well!Great article. And spot on, IMO.

From what I heard from the writer for Nebraska on Jeremy Werner's show, they have a number of their talent sitting on the bench right now due to transfer rules. He said that the leading scorer this year wouldn't be a starter next year! That's quite a statement. Add in Kobe King despite what you think of his morals/attitude/ethics, this team is going to be a force next year. Leader in the B1G...maybe not, but should be as competitive. On top of that, you have Hoiberg who has proven he can create a program at Iowa State...why couldn't he do the same in Nebraska?!Meh, Nebraska will find a way to self immolate. The article makes perfect sense except leaving in the middle of the season portends something more at play. Don’t see how it helps him but hinders the team. Agree with point of article but maybe missing the point of this specific case.
