Gotta say I think this is the first time I've seen a FT as part of a highlight reel. Color me 'meh' on this.howard highlights
The gap from where we are to making the tournament is pretty large. The gap from there to being a team that can make some noise once we're in the tournament is comparably small. When will our expectations be more than making the tourny, but to make deep runs in the tourny? We've got too much talent in close proximity to not consistently have those expectations. Just have to find a way to land them.
And to kind of expand on that, I think coaching ability to exploit match ups and game plan for different situations effectively and being able to react to situations is the lions share of that difference, as opposed to the roster per se.The gap from where we are to making the tournament is pretty large. The gap from there to being a team that can make some noise once we're in the tournament is comparably small.
He plays on the Mac Irvin Fire along with Adam Miller and Marcus Watson Jr. Has a long wingspan and is a good defender. I believe his first high major offer was from Illinois. Here are a couple of recent mentions:
Brian Snow (the CB assigner) is very accurate WRT CBs (~95%). Given that the CB accuracy metric is not exactly (lol) statistical, far too early to deem him in the bag. It's early (in the 2020 derby) and Snow's most likely making an educated guess. But that Kalkbrenner, a St. Louis kid, is playing with the MIF, is a good sign. He's played pretty well too.Anyone heard anything on this kid?
He was a top 50, but I think Kansas is probably the most likely. My comment very much sarcastic, how many of the 20-100 ranked player did we miss in making 60 offers?Well he was committed to Michigan, so presumably we didn't offer him. He's also from Texas, so, while we have offered plenty of Texans, he isn't quite as visible as someone playing closer to home.
