Gentry already took his place as an Assistant coach.. Walker was given a special position for this year that I am guessing won't be a position they will replace.

Good move for all. Underwood needed to get a basketball mind from his coaching tree (Gentry) and Jamal was just the odd man out. Outside of Kofi, think Gentry was the biggest addition last year and a big reason for the uptick in wins. Congratulations and best of luck coach. Think he has a chance at GCU to do some great things especially if he is the lead assistant.
Agreed. Can we just have this be a rotating position? Surely has to be a top ten recruit that has a dad that could use the job?
We don't need to hire Dad's to get top-ranked recruits...
That's a really good staff. They're going to get some kids. Already got Jayden Stone from Sunrise Christian.
Known Ed Schilling for many years, happy he got a shot after what went down at IU.

Colangelo and Bryce Drew will make GCU big time. Great move for Walker. Plus Indy Illini knows Schilling will do well in the recruiting arena. Casey Shaw who is Drew's brother in law was Bryce's primary bag man when they had nationally ranked recruiting classes at Vandy.
