Miller is going to start. You can take that to the bank. I agree with Trent still around Curbelo is next year's Feliz, which is fine. He'll get tons of tick in any case.Unless BBV, one of the two sit outs, or a grad transfer comes in that can succesfully guard the 4 position, I don't see us taking a major leap. Maybe another offseason for Giorgi will help too.
DMW is probably going to start, and given his late season offense, I'm all for it. BU was committed to playing him when he had 0 pts for like 2 months. If he's scoring at any clip, he's getting minutes. Frazier is a probably starter too, I foresee regression to the mean for him--at the very least. Assuming Kofi stays, he's your 5. So that leaves two starter spots open.
I'd love to see one of the above take that 4 spot. But I also dont think BU is afraid of starting 4 guards. Betting now, Griffin takes one of those spots. It's hard for new comers to crack rotations, and BU has shown a stubbornness to trot out the old guard more often than not (whether or not that's a net positive or negative is another conversation all together.) Assuming that's true, I don't think Curbelo or Miller crack the starting rotation, but I still think Miller has a better shot since his skillset is more desired. He might be next year's Griffin, and Curbelo next years Feliz.
Not having freshman instantly start is a good thing. This team is deeper and more talented than we've had in almost 15 years. Good problems ahead determining PT.
