Weather not looking good for game rain and 15mph winds. Temp in the 40's not bad. So, attendance could be low.

This game will be a war- a close contested battle to the end. You can bet that NW is not going to roll over and the trick play book will be out. Illinois 24-NW 21.

At least 3 of us (4 if I can convince the wife to attend) will be there from Chatham. Seen so many years of bad football, gonna take a lot to keep me away from what appears to be at least mediocre football that is trending upward.
Go Titans!

Maybe I’m being too optimistic of have too high of expectations, but I don’t care who is at QB for us: if this isn’t a blowout, it’s a disappointment.

Any true fan that's close enough will be there for the Seniors. I drive 340 round trip and enjoy every mile, win or lose. Not trying to make that a big deal, but challenging the Illini faithful. ( Note: I believe that we are number " 1 " when it comes to fandom ).

Sucks that the temp has dropped 10 degrees in about 5 days. Maybe the rain will get taken out of the forecast. I’m just excited to see my first win since being a student!
Doesn't Matter. Read My Post above.

It still kind of bugs me this is a rivalry game. Lasagna cemented it - quite the ultimate horrible parting gift. They’re more like a mouthy little cousin who shoots their mouth but runs away when you look at them. That said, run it up. Put a cherry on their “welcome back to the kids table” season. I want 9 sacks.

It’s only a rivalry game because they made it one. It’s time they respect the real power and Big Ten giant in our state. Hope they wear their big boy panties because pain is headed their way...

Me plus four. Dress right, add rain gear and no problem. Paste the University of Evanston. So that nobody will want to claim them as their “Big Ten Team “ —EVER!

See you all on Saturday!!

We have Orange ponchos as part of our game kit. Alas, we’re far away and have managed four games this year, the most since 1969. We would be there if we could. Win this one for us.

Forecast is improving with regards to the rain. Chicago TV weather "Futurecast" showed the rain pretty much done by kickoff, with only spotty light showers. My group of four (and tailgate group of 16) will be there for these Seniors, regardless of the weather.

This is very exciting news! We've got 4.

Maybe I missed it but is it orange, blue orange for Saturday?

Those calling for a blowout... where do you think our points will come from? Poor weather, possible backup QB, NW defense is not that bad. 17 points probably wins the game but I don’t see how we score 35+
