The Illini offensive show continued to roll in a historic 55-13 blowout of Indiana (2-5, 0-4) Saturday night. It was the most points ever scored by Illinois (4-3, 2-2) against a Big Ten opponent at Memorial Stadium, surpassing the 50-0 Iowa game in 1973. Up next, a visit Madison to face the reeling Wisconsin Badgers (3-4, 0-4).
  • Freshman RB Jason Ford had 172 yards and 3 TDs against Indiana, yet for Illinois it's still running back by committee.
  • Wisconsin lineups: Justin Sherer will start at QB, RB P.J. Hill is doubtful.
  • After being the first Illini receiver to have four straight 100+ yard games, Arrelious Benn is in a class by himself.
  • Juice Williams continues to lead the Big Ten in total offense, accounting for 346 yards per game. Nationally, Juice is #8 in total offense and #13 in passing yards.
  • Illinois gained 563 yards Saturday. In conference, Illinois is #1 in passing, #2 in rushing, and #1 in total offense.
  • Illinois leads the Wisconsin series 36-33-7, but the Badgers lead 9-3-1 since 1993. The Illini have won once (2002) in their last six trips to Camp Randall Stadium
