Can the slender, 7-foot-1 Tisdale change his body type by next fall?
"Absolutely, with an exclamation point," McClain said. "You can change your body in four months if you're willing to put in the work. But Mike has to put in more work in the weight room than he has in the past. He has to commit to it. Guys naturally shy away from doing the things they don't have confidence in, so it takes a big commitment."
