Despite another Big Ten loss and more team turmoil—leading scorer and rebounder
Shaun Pruitt did not play due to "internal issues—there were
positives from Illinois' Tuesday night loss at Ohio St.
Rodney Alexander erupted
for 20 points + 11 rebounds, and the Illini nearly pulled off a comeback
after being way down 50-35 in the 2nd half. Up next is a
home game this weekend against Northwestern.
