Michigan Tops Illinois 49-43
The basketball season continues the slow fade into oblivion. Saturday afternoon Illinois (11-17, 3-12) lost at Michigan and remains stuck in the 10th-place spot in the conference standings. The Illini had a long stretch in the 2nd half were they failed to score a point, shot 32% from the field, and 55% from the line. Illinois has a week off before they travel to Iowa City next Saturday.
