Ron Guenther talks Assembly Hall renovation

Ron Guenther: With what I can say publicly, if we are to renovate, the compromises will be minimal. It will be very, very spectacular.....the Assembly Hall is very unique, if they think, the engineers that is, they are very talented and if they think they can do it when we meet, we are looking at probably 90 percent of doing something in that building (The Assembly Hall) as opposed to going outside that building. I can't see in today's economy, trying to construct something and leave this building behind. I have said it so many times, the building is unique, well constructed and with utilities, athletics moves out, I just don't know that you can walk away from the Assembly Hall. I would be shocked if we were going to try something else. But I am very excited about what the engineers say they can do.
