Big Ten football gets slammed - in part because of the Illini

"I'm sure that, nationally, we have taken a little bit of a hit because of our record in marquee games outside the league," said Illinois coach Ron Zook.
"It's important we go win. There's not a lot we can say until we go win.
There's no doubt in my mind that the Big Ten is a great, great conference. But until we go win those big games consistently, there's not a whole lot we can say."
