Questions for the basketball season tickets holders

1) When should I expect my tickets to arrive? I can't remember from last year.

2) I joined the I-fund this year. How does the parking pass work? I'm a lower level giver, so I'm wondering if I'll get one (since they're based on availability).

3) Is there any way to find out where my seats are located before I receive the actual tickets?
