Illinois' Assembly Hall sellout streak in jeopardy

When Illinois opens the regular season by hosting Eastern Washington on Friday, a string of 60 consecutive sellouts will end. Roughly 2,200 tickets remain for the first game. Illinois lost about 10 percent of its season ticket base among the public and saw a 50 percent drop in student season ticket sales. Those 1,500 tickets are still on the market for most games.
