Terry Hawthorne in the 7A state championship game

In what should have been the last play of the first half, Hawthorne made an amazing catch. The play was from about the 30 yard line, and the QB threw it up for grabs to the touchdown, it was tipped, and Hawthorne came down with the ball. Unfortunately, there was a chop block on one of the offensive linemen, so the TD was negated; still, it shows the potential Hawthorne brings to the table.
