Lineup options

I was a bit surprised when Weber had a lineup of Davis, Trent, DMac, Brock and Legion toward the end of the Purdue game. For the first time in several years we have the depth to change just a few players and reconfigure the strength of this team. That was a speed lineup with the ability to score. But I think the starting lineup is fixed for the rest of the season.

Many of us thought that Legion would become a starter before the season ends, but I now have my doubts. He is going to a tremendous boost coming off the bench, and he's difficult to guard because he's so athletic and has a quick release. Keller is also a great substitute. Bringing in Brock, Keller and Legion off the bench as a group doesn't cause us to lose that much. Semrau adds a totally different dynamic which we are going to need. We've got a lot of balance, athleticism and scoring potential. With Legion available, Jordan's role is going to diminish, but he's done a credible job on defense, and shows some confidence bringing the ball up the court. He's at least as good as Frazier was when he was a sophomore.
