"I had a couple of those, too, when Coach Weber first got there,'' said Williams, now with the Utah Jazz. "It's just being a stubborn player and not understanding the coach has your best interests all the time. You might not like all the things he has to say, but a majority of the time they're right.''
McCamey is learning through his friendship with Williams and daily experience that Weber's method is the path to playing time and improvement. Anything less can be costly, even for someone the coach has openly called the Illini's best player.
