Half way thru the BT season the big question is: MSU or Purdue?
Once again, the Spartans inexplicably blow one at home and leave the door open in the BT championship race.
Up next Purdue has 2 road games: Tuesday at tOSU and Sunday at Illinois. They win those 2, my guess is they're probably going to win the Big Ten outright.
Illinois has a murderous trip to Wisconsin Thursday night. Badgers have lost 6-straight by an average margin of ~4 points. Then they get Purdue at home at the sucky time of Noon on a Sunday, when you can't exactly count on a fired-up crowd.
Game of the week will be the Spartans hosting the Gophers Wednesday. Hopefully enough upsets will occur that the top four or five team will hurtle deadlocked in a tight race up to the final weekend.
Whatever happens, the BT schedule has magically worked out that the 2 best teams will play each other late in the season, Feb 17 & Mar 8.
