Weber hopes solutions lead to increased production

Weber said he has explored ways to get guards Trent Meacham and Alex Legion going. Both are in shooting slumps.
"I don't think we have screened well for Trent but I also don't think he's cutting hard. He's playing a little tentative.
"Alex just hasn't shot it well. We were hoping it would come quicker," since becoming eligible on Dec. 20. "If he doesn't get a shot up in the first couple of minutes, he gets impatient and puts up a tough one. They both have to get some easy baskets and get to the free-throw line.
"If you can make an easy basket, then you work your way out to the 3-point line. But by nature, they are shooting 3s first and if they don't make them, they lose confidence and become hesitant."
