Josh Brent arrested on suspicion of aggravated DUI

The 21-year-old Brent was arrested by Illinois State Police and taken to Champaign County Jail in Urbana at 3:23 a.m. Saturday, police said. A Champaign County jail official said Brent posted bond and was released, but could not confirm that any charges had been filed. He is scheduled to appear in Champaign County Court at 8:30 a.m. Monday.
