Illini must win today to stay in title race

"There has been almost no talk of the (Big Ten) title," Izzo said on Friday. "The championship is big to me, but there are bigger pictures too that we're looking at. This team has to get better and more cohesive."
For the Spartans, health is the key.
Goran Suton is back from a knee injury, although Izzo said his 6-foot-10 senior is still not shooting well.
Raymar Morgan, who Izzo said should be one of his top two players, is trying to find his rhythm after missing time with walking pneumonia and a mild case of mononucleosis.
And guard freshman Delvon Roe has been making a gradual recovery from two knee surgeries since December of 2007.
