IHSA gets it wrong regarding Jereme Richmond

What ever happened to actually examining the circumstances behind a rule? Isn't that what a truly good administrator is supposed to do? Obviously, someone needs to send a memo to the IHSA in this regard, because according to all accounts, Richmond's second technical came as the result of hanging on the rim on a call that was highly questionable. Therefore, perhaps the referee who made the call deserves to face the same degree of scrutiny that Richmond is now undergoing.
