Weber on Illini: 'I hope they rise up'

''It's not going to be an easy game,'' Illinois coach Bruce Weber said Wednesday after announcing senior guard Chester Frazier won't play tonight against Western Kentucky. ''And if we don't have success, everyone's going to say the Big Ten, Illinois, they weren't that good.

''I hope the season isn't judged on one game. But at the same time, it is an important time of the year because everyone's watching when you get to the tournament.''
