ISU, Illini seem to be starting over for Week 2

On one side, first-year ISU coach Brock Spack is wondering why the Redbird sideline sounded more like the insides Milner Library than a college football team in a season-opening loss at Eastern Illinois. No spunk, no chatter, no chutzpah.

Similarly, Illinois coach Ron Zook didn't know what team he trotted out to get waylaid by Missouri on Saturday. No worries, Coach, none of the rest of us could tell either.
