Tyler is more of a 4 and - yes - a 5. At least on this team. When I asked Wayne McClain about Tyler Griffey, he said the freshman could give them minutes as Tisdale's backup as well. Bruce Weber said the same thing.
"I'm not sure he's a center, but in this day and age how many centers do you really have," Weber said.
I think that's a sign they'd like to find a way to have Tyler on the court if continues to improve and provide solid minutes.
