The Illinois quarterbacks will be used similarly to last week against Purdue, Illinois coach RON ZOOK said after Friday's late-afternoon workout. JUICE WILLIAMS started against the Boilermakers, with JACOB CHAREST taking over in the second quarter.
"They both practiced well," Zook said. "Both of them bring something to the table."
Zook said safety DONSAY HARDEMAN (neck) and receiver JARRED FAYSON (knee) are doubtful for today's game. They both missed the Purdue trip.
One change in the starting lineup will have RANDALL HUNT back at left guard in place of TYLER SANDS, who is recovering from a hip injury. Sands will play, Zook said.
