Some thoughts on Paul Petrino's move to Illinois

The move to Illinois may seem like a lateral one by ear, but it truly is not such a venture. Remember, Bobby Petrino calls the plays at Arkansas with input from his brother in the press box. Paul's main responsibility is with the receivers and reading defenses on game day.

And Paul does a fantastic job doing just that. He is, in my eyes, the best receivers coach in the nation. What he was able to accomplish at Arkansas in two years was nothing but staggering with the receiving corps.
