A few changes in order before Big Ten opener

There needs to be more early-game energy and toughness. I'd slide Bill Cole into the starting lineup in place of Brandon Paul and Weber said Monday he hasn't rejected that idea. "We talked about that last week but unfortunately Bill didn't have one of his better games (against Missouri) either," Weber said. "We'd kind of searching right how. He gives us energy, he guards better and it is a possibility."

He said the team has to come out with greater intensity. No question this team misses the urgency Chester Frazier brought to the table. This team has too often fallen behind, started slow and looked unable to match an opponent's early scrap and fight. Don't play around and feel how the game is going to go. Instead, come out swinging and be the team that decided how the game is going to go.
