Illinois looks to rest Mike Tisdale, whose back is 'all torn up'

Illinois coach Bruce Weber added that he would like to get Tisdale some rest during the games to prevent injuring his back more. But with Mike Davis struggling, Weber said he doesn't feel confident pulling him out of the lineup.

"He played very determined in a lot of minutes and it's getting a little scary," Weber said. "We have to be very careful with him."
