Purdue free throw edge too much for Illinois

"The only bad thing I'd say right now was rebounding killed us," freshman D.J. Richardson said.

But another negative was the Illini put Purdue on the free throw line too much. The Boilermakers shot 24-for-28 while Illinois was just 3-for-5. Hummel was 12-for-12 from the line, and finished with a game high 22 points.
