Let's talk about pressing

My personal thoughts on the press have been changing, I had formally been in favor of going to a press much earlier than the 5 minutes remaining desperation move we've seen this year, but the more I watch this team, I feel like even if we came out the gate pressing, our guys just aren't into the game enough for it to be effective in anything but picking up more fouls and wearing them down. I suspect we'd be routinely torched for easy dunks as teams break the half-assed press with ease. Unless executed with total effort, a press would do more damage than good.
