Mike Davis won't be picking on NIT any longer

Davis finished with his 15th double-double of the season, then asked for a second chance in talking about the NIT.
"I said a couple of things I shouldn't have said," Davis said. "I just love to compete. I'd rather be in the NIT and keep playing, trying to win an NIT championship. Two teams end the season with a win. Hopefully, we'll be one of them this season."
