It's time for some answers on Big Ten expansion

Though Commissioner Jim Delany has promised Sunday's meeting of Big Ten presidents and chancellors will produce "no votes ... or earth-shattering announcements," that won't stop reporters from hanging around the league's Park Ridge headquarters.
Delany, cognizant of all the free publicity his league has received, even welcomes it.
"You bring the beer," he said during league meetings last month, "we will cook the brats."
We would rather have answers.
