Becker will be the starting fullback or TE, but it isn't settled. He came out of spring ball first on the depth chart for both positions. Where Zack starts depends upon who emerges at fullback or TE this fall (including potentially a freshman), and he will probably play both positions at different times.
[Reading between the lines, it doesn't sound like the coaches are really high on the FB and TE candidates other than Zach Becker. Jay Prosch or Evan Wilson may have a chance to contribute as true freshmen.]
Huddling this year so hopefully there will be fewer missed assignments. Everyone getting signals from the sideline often resulted in confusion. Now the QB can make sure everyone is on the same page.
