The crowd

First off, please know that I hate writing this. I really do. I love Illini football deep within my bones, and any and all fans that join me in orange on fall Saturdays within Memorial Stadium are my brethren. We're all in this together.

But our crowd is among the quietest in the Big Ten right now. If not the quietest. Yes, maybe as bad as Indiana and Northwestern. And that cannot be.
