Hugh Thornton update

Moderator: Charley, Hugh Thornton, who has been a starter in the UI offensive line, was arrested as the result of a fight outside Joe's Brewery, and charged with simple battery -- which could be shoving or threatening or hitting --and property damage. The latter came as a result, I'm told, of his finger being stuck in the door and breaking it down to get it free. We will have to wait to see how Zook handles it. I'd guess Thornton will be allowed to play but might not start. Just a guess. The staff is still looking into it. Loren
