Richmond preps for heavy lifting

McCamey says Richmond will fit perfectly into an upbeat tempo, which is something Weber has sought but never completely gotten across.

"Coach Weber told me this summer, 'It's your team. Do you want to pick up the tempo?' " McCamey said. "I told him, 'We're running, Coach.' We have too many athletic people to walk it up in the halfcourt. We can get some easy buckets."
