Mike Shaw decides it will be the Big Ten

We have every reason to believe that Shaw may have been off the board even sooner than now had it not been for one important factor which Illinois Prep Bulls-eye was the only one to point out in full detail--the fact that until recently Shaw had not yet taken his ACT. It was not as much of an issue from the standpoint of Shaw being able to qualify as opposed to actually taking the test and posting a score which would be accepted by the NCAA clearinghouse. Shaw has now done that, as he took the ACT on October 23. Once he was able to finally put that matter behind him, it pretty much proved to be the icing on the cake with respect to Shaw being able to offer up his commitment.
