Will Mikel Leshoure go over 1,000 yards for the season?
He should, maybe even in the first half. Leshoure needs 100 yards to hit 1,000 for the season. In the first nine games, he is averaging 100 yards per game. But the number should be higher against the defensively challenged Gophers, who are last in the Big Ten against the run and one of the worst in the country. Leshoure is coming off a five-touchdown game that tied him with Red Grange for second most in school history. That's some good company for the former Centennial star.
