A pair of Big Ten road losses left Illinois men's basketball coach Bruce Weber feeling the pain and the fan base cranky.
Now, No. 23 Illinois heads into a crucial week searching for "home-court medicine," Weber said, with two games in Assembly Hall against ranked league heavyweights. After the game Tuesday night against No. 17 Michigan State, the Illini host No. 1 Ohio State on Saturday.
"This is a huge week for us," Weber said. "Something we've been emphasizing since the beginning is protecting the home court. We've been able to hold service so far."
