Maybe this is as good as it gets for Illini

But after these past two weeks, unless something changes, this is a good team, capable of a very good performance, but not a team that will win more than its share of tight games and, as a result, is probably destined to deliver disappointment in the end.

I'm trying to be fair, but this is not a team that will out-tough an opponent, that will out-think an opponent or that will out-will an opponent in an environment they hope to see in the NCAA Tournament.
