Indiana basketball persevering with pride

Indiana has lost eight of its last nine games before hosting No. 20 Illinois on Thursday.
"We know we're better than we showed," said guard Matt Roth, the Washington native who sat out last year with a broken foot. "We've got some of the best fans in the country. As long as you go out there and fight as hard as you can and compete as well as you can, they'll be there for you."
