Penn State's trip becoming a marathon

The plan is to stay in a hotel in Evansville Monday, then try to finish the trip during daylight hours Tuesday. The Nittany Lions will apparently bus to Champaign, roughly a 200-mile trip made more difficult because of poor road conditions farther north on U.S. 41. The weather may give Penn State a window of opportunity before more bad weather is expected to hit later Tuesday.
