More winning, less whining

W or L, nothing else matters. Remember a year ago when Minnesota salvaged a two-point win here that turned out to be the difference in a 9-9 Big Ten team reaching the NCAA, and a 10-8 Big Ten finisher (Illinois) being shuffled to the NIT.
What matters today is that Bruce Weber's much-criticized team is still in the chase and has another opportunity - some might call it a long shot - at Michigan State on Saturday night to improve a 7-6 conference record and put space between other fourth-place hopefuls.
