Illini are still looking for a way to loosen up

Weber is trying to find a middle ground between intense practices and preparation and keeping his players loose enough to perform. He would like to see the team that won at Minnesota 10 days ago.
"We have to get better on details, but to me that's coaching," he said. "It's that fine line. The kids have to accept those things, and if they do that, we can say relax, have fun and get after it. To me, we had fun in Minnesota. We worked our butts off, helped each other and cheered."
